Intake and Nutritional Counsultation: Spend 1 1/2 hours with Laura Kopec, Nutritionist and Natural Living Expert and talk about your health, your goals and learn about the connection between what you are eating and your health after Laura reviews your intake and lab work.
Acceptable/Non-Acceptable Food List based on condition Laura identifies for you what foods will help you meet your goals, and which foods can be contributing to your condition.
Customized Meal Plan: You will receive a detailed meal plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks customized to your health goals. Your meal plan is soley created for you with our knowledge andexpertise at your finger tips.
Recommended Supplement Schedule: Supplements are recommended, but are only truly affective in conjunction with dietary changes. Laura's philosophy to wellness is dietary changes can make a profound change to your current and future health, and supplements are needed for addressing accumulated symptoms. As a result, Laura believes supplements should only be used short term, with very few supplements for long term. Purchase of supplements is not included in the price of your customized nutritional program.
Ongoing Customer Service: You never need an appointment to refill your supplements, or ask quick questions when you pick up your supplements.
Non-refundable Initial Consultation Deposit: Unless you prepay via our internet store, a deposit of $125 is required when booking your initial consultation, and this is put toward your balance. Remaining balance is due at the time of service. We are committed to working with individuals who are committed to their health and their appointment with us.

Includes the following:
Evaluation of Your Current Diet: Evaluation based on a 3-5 day food diary with a print out analysis of vitamin deficiencies, fat-carbohydrate-protein distribution analysis, caloric analysis, and suggestions for improvements.
Includes a 1 hour Appointment: Review of intake, nutritional analysis and any current lab work with Laura Kopec, Nutritionist. Recommendation and supplement suggestions provided.
This appointment is beneficial for anyone who does not want a full program/meal plan, and still wants to schedule an appointment. This kind of appointment is also appropriate for someone who has begun care for a different family member, and does not need the full program but wants to address their individual needs.
Follow-up Consultations:15 min-$25, 30 min-$45, 1 hour-$75 Please be aware, if you go over your time, you may be charged accordingly.
Ala Carte: Meal Plans-$65-85:

Meal plans purchased after being established as a client. Call or email for more details.

Insurance: We do not bill insurance, therefore payment is due at the time of service. We gladly provide you with a statement you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement
Cancellation Policy: When we schedule your appointment, we set aside that time just for you. We ask for at least 24hrs to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $48 charge to your credit card.
